TPO — About Us

The Technology Program Office seeks to assist in and occasionally lead the planning and development of campus IT projects that: advance teaching, learning and research, strengthen campus services, increase access to campus resources, and provide new ways to work collaboratively. To meet this challenge, we had to ask some basic questions:

• How can we help improve the planning processes for campus IT projects?
• How can we help improve communication and collaboration among campus IT project participants?
• How can we help the campus better manage the competing needs of a broad portfolio of IT projects?
• How can we provide the campus staff with the tools and training they need to develop successful projects?
