The TPO is in the process of developing a campus project management methodology to help campus staff achieve the benefits described above. It is based upon effective and well-tested practices established by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Listed below are links to a set of project management templates and supporting instructions, which project managers can download as MS Word or Excel documents. The templates are simple enough to use for small projects, yet flexible enough to use for complex projects.
