TPO — Project Kick-Start Workshop

The Project Kick-Start Workshop is a facilitated working session specifically for teams starting a new project. It utilizes the highly effective Project Planning Workshop (PPW) technique for teams to systematically develop or refine their project scope, strategy, work breakdown structure (WBS), risk plan, and schedule. In addition, participants develop a list of project deliverables and identify who is responsible for completing each deliverable. The result is an integrated plan that can be well understood and "bought in" by team members, project sponsors, and key stakeholders. Core team or optimally all team members should attend the Project Kick-start Workshop.
