Important Info for Tomorrow’s One IT Summit

Dear One IT Colleagues,

We are looking forward to seeing you at the MLK Student Union tomorrow for the 6th Annual One IT Summit and wanted to provide you with some additional details:

  • Transportation/Parking: The RSF Garage accepts “C” and “F” Permits. Parking Options | Campus Shuttle Info
  • Join the conversation: Share favorite moments and photos throughout the day on Twitter! #OneIT
  • Check-in: Registration will open at 8 a.m. Be sure to check-in on the 2nd Floor of the MLK Student Union (Upper Sproul Plaza Level) to get your raffle ticket! You will also receive your name badge at registration which is important since this will provide you access to sessions throughout the day, meals, social hour, and more. Did you forget to RSVP? No problem, you can still attend the summit just bring your Cal ID and talk to our helpful volunteers at the registration desk (note: only those who registered by the May 23 deadline are eligible for the raffle).
  • Breakfast and Networking Opportunity: From registration, proceed up to the 3rd floor of the MLK Student Union where breakfast will be available in the Kerr Lobby. This is an opportunity to network with colleagues, IT leaders, and connect with vendor partners in our Sponsor Showcase
  • Program: The program will begin promptly at 9 a.m. Meet our morning session and afternoon speakersBrowse the online program schedulefor a list of sessions or print the program/map
  • Exhibit Hall and Poster Sessions: Take a sneak peek at who will be presenting during the Exhibit Hall and Poster Sessions. If you are one of the presenters, don’t forget to upload your poster and any other handout materials into this folder in Drive
  • Raffle and Social Networking Hour: Our day will end with a raffle of some wonderful prizes donated by our generous sponsors (must be present to win) and a Social Networking Hour on the Pauley Terrace. Hold on to your raffle ticket, prizes include: MEGABOOM waterproof portable bluetooth®speaker, Yeti Cooler, Ring Alarm Home Security System,  an engraved iPad, Google Pixel 3A, and more!
