Project Risk Management Workshop on Oct. 31

The Agile @Berkeley group is holding a workshop on planning and managing project risks to help campus staff prepare for the implementation of the IT Project Management Policy at UC Berkeley that will take effect on Jan. 1, 2017. The event is open to all campus employees, no RSVP is necessary.

Project Management Policy Prep: Risk Management Workshop

Risk Management is the process of identifying, assessing, planning, and managing project risks. In most cases, steps can be taken to reduce or eliminate either the probability and/or impact of the risks. This workshop teaches you risk manage practices to help your projects be successful.

This workshop is part of a series of sessions being offered to prepare campus for the implementation of the new IT Project Management Policy. View upcoming sessions and check the One IT calendar regularly for other events learning opportunities.
