One IT Colleagues,
We are pleased to share the updated ReIT Strategic Plan for FY20. The year’s plan includes summaries of the 18 top IT Priority Initiatives for FY 20 and shows their relationship to the campus’s most important future strategies and the four ReIT goals. You will also find in the full version of the plan a list of the top 10 operational and project priorities for 23 key IT Departments across campus. We have published two versions of our ReIT plan: 1) a 4-page executive summary, and 2) the full plan including a detailed listing of all 23 IT department priorities.
In addition, we are sharing with you the IT Departmental Priorities workbook that contains more detailed information about the work that 23 IT units are carrying out this year. In the workbook you will find a worksheet for each department (see the tabs) that contain departmental priorities, priority leads, campus partners, relationship of this work to ReIT goals with campus strategies, and measures of success. Finally, we have also included a ReIT and Campus Strategic Plan Alignment FY19 slide deck that shows each of last year’s top IT Priority Initiatives and their detailed relationship to the campus strategic plan and a summary of accomplishments for the last fiscal year.
