Technical Issues with Imagine Service

Dear Colleagues,

We are currently experiencing technical issues with our Imagine - Perceptive Experience web software. The Imagine service uses the Perceptive Content (previously ImageNow) product. Perceptive Content has its own workflow functionality — allowing task management, approvals, exception handling, permissions setting and document retention management. These issues are affecting our ability to access document images within BearBuy, BFS, the Travel & Entertainment System, and CalCentral.The technical teams are working together and with the vendor to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

An update will be sent as soon as we have more information to share and we will post updates to the System Status page. We apologize for the inconvenience and recognize the impact this may have on your work.
