SAIT’s Workforce Strategy Professional Development Program
Presenter: James Dudek, Director of Organizational Strategy - SAIT

In this session you will learn how Student Affairs IT created a Workforce Strategy Professional Development plan for the entire department. What began with a Gallup engagement survey has culminated in an intentional approach to ensuring each employee of the department shares a common language and understanding of fundamental IT concepts. In addition to this, each employee is being asked to develop their own development plan as well. You will learn the process and structure used to design the program, how assessment was done to benchmark progress, and what the current state of the work is today.
