Connexxus is the UC system-wide online travel portal used for arranging business-related travel for faculty, student field study, staff, and hosted guests. It is coupled with the Direct Bill ID system which allows for business related airfare to be directly charged to the University. All airfare, hotel reservations, and car rentals should be booked using Connexxus. By booking travel using Connexxus and Direct Bill the University gets significant volume discounts and travelling faculty and staff minimize their out of pocket costs or time until reimbursement.
