For faculty and staff needing assistance with setting up a new device, installing hardware, having printer issues, or other technical troubleshooting, IT Client Services is here to help. Students can get technical support from Student Technology Services by calling or visiting the Helpdesk online or in-person during office hours held at Moffitt Library.
- User Setup - New devices set-up (e.g. smart phones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers).
- General Troubleshooting - Troubleshooting IT-related issues either remotely or in person.
- Standard Software or Hardware - Installing and upgrading standard software or hardware.
- Printer Issues - Initial Multifunction Device (MFD) set-up (e.g. email, security protocol), firmware updates, printer/ MFD triage and troubleshooting.
