Device Support

For facuty and staff needing assistance with setting up a new device, installing hardware, having printer issues, or other technical troubleshooting, we are here to help. Students can get technical support by calling or visiting the Helpdesk online or in-person during office hours held at Moffit Library and at each residence hall's Academic Center.


  • User Setup - New devices set-up (e.g. smart phones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers).
  • General Troubleshooting - Troubleshooting IT-related issues either remotely or in person.
  • Standard Software or Hardware - Installing and upgrading standard software or hardware.
  • Printer Issues - Initial Multifunction Device (MFD) set-up (e.g. email, security protocol), firmware updates, printer/ MFD triage and troubleshooting.
