As a part of the Operational Excellencesponsored Productivity Suite project, UC Berkeley has signed a campus license agreement to provide the most commonly used Microsoft software to all campus faculty, staff, and students. This is in addition to the license agreement to provide Adobe Creative Suite software to all campus faculty, staff, and students. The software covered by the agreements will be available at no cost to individuals or departments in 20112012. BREAKING NEWS! After several months of detailed evaluation as part of the OE Productivity Suite project, and following on the recent CalMail outage, on December 21, the campus signed a contract to provide our community with the full Google Apps for Education Suite.
