Here is what to expect when the Berkeley IT DOC is in full activation mode:
At the Full Activation level, DOC Operations, Planning, Logistics and Finance will be involved to support the DOC Manager (CIO becomes the default DOC Manager unless there is a designee assigned).
The DOC Manager will work with the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Events and Crisis Management Team (ECMT), as needed.
DOC Manager and Berkeley IT Executive Directors discuss updates and developments.
Most directions will come from the EOC, and will be relayed to the DOC by the DOC Manager.
All teams are expected to be available for the service recovery efforts.

DOC Operations - The Executive Directors of affected services from Berkeley IT units: CITI, ISO, CITE, and CAD.
