All Staff Update Our November session provided comprehensive updates and strategic insights across key areas of the organization. The agenda included essential CIO Updates followed by a TPG Spotlight, which featured discussions on the Data Center presented by Jon Bates and Wi-Fi User Experience by Dave Browne. The team also heard a dedicated Unit Highlight from the CITE team, presented by Noah McGee and Vivian Sophia, and received the latest information on AI Updates from Wes Johnson. Finally, the team shared crucial takeaways from the Educause 2025 conference before wrapping up. |

All Staff Update Our September meeting began with CIO Updates followed by a unit highlight from the Campus Applications & Delivery (CAD) team, who gave a presentation on the Curriculum and Course Management System. The meeting concluded with a celebration of achievements, including the presentation of the STAR Awards. Allison Henry and Dave Browne walked us through the many accomplishments and milestones of our bIT colleagues. Congratulations to all of our bIT Stars! |

All Staff Update Our July meeting started with CIO updates, then transitioned into insightful presentations. David Rieger led a TPG Spotlight on architecting project success, while Dave Browne highlighted the Campus IT Infrastructure's voice services strategy. Key discussions followed with Chara Bui presenting community survey data and Wes Johnson detailing the IT Service Catalog rollout. The session concluded after Faye Snowden shared insights from UC Tech, such as recognizing staff milestones and accomplishments, and looking ahead to upcoming professional development. |

Scott Nemes, Sarah Gonzales, and Lisa Hisson presented the Service Catalog & ITSM Roadmap, followed by Allison Henry's update on the Berkeley Security Software implementation. Terence Phuong then shared a budget overview, and Robert Amos concluded the meeting with insights from the Google Next conference. |

All Staff Update During the first all-staff meeting of 2025, we congratulated Faye Snowden for being selected as bIT’s new Executive Director for Technology Programs and Governance (TPG). We heard the TPG Project Spotlight: Work Study Management System (WSMS) from Jeff Parks and conference share-outs from Simone Burns and Jabari Thomas who attended the 2024 AfroTech conference. |
