What We Do
The People, Performance & Culture unit ensures a deep and sustained focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging; and on enabling Berkeley IT professionals to do their best work. The group will also help the CIO provide professional development and DEIB initiatives for the larger One IT community (the ~900 IT professionals across campus).
