The People, Performance & Culture team works to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation by supporting a diverse and inclusive community of IT professionals at UC Berkeley. We strive to provide exceptional partnership, consultation, and resources that enable Berkeley IT to achieve its strategic objectives. Clarissa Fermin leads People Operations for Berkeley IT bringing continuity through each employee's lifecycle by managing all departmental HR activities. Services provided include the following:
