Did you know that UC Berkeley has more than 900 IT professionals working to provide IT service and support to 31,720 students, faculty, and staff campus-wide? The work we do, our home department, and our office locations may vary, but we partner together as One IT to collaborate, network, share knowledge, best practices, and build community with a goal of continuously improving our service delivery to our campus customers.
The information presented here has been prepared for new and existing staff members of Berkeley IT. Other IT departments on campus are welcome to use any resources that may be helpful to their teams.
