IT Disaster Recovery activation levels define the scale of response required, ranging from minimal recovery efforts for minor disruptions to full-scale activation involving comprehensive system restoration and operational recovery in the event of a major disaster.

| - Along with the affected service unit in DOC Operations, the Service Owner, DOC Planning, and DOC Logistics & Finance will be involved at this activation level and support the DOC Manager.
- The DOC Manager will work with the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and Events and Crisis Management Team (ECMT).
- Most directions will come from the EOC and will be relayed to the DOC by the DOC Manager.
