Claim Microsoft Licenses for new faculty, staff, and affiliates

Hello, One IT community,

As of October 30, 2023, incoming faculty, staff, and eligible affiliates will need to request a Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise license, similar to Adobe, to ensure access and manage costs by campus. 

Faculty and staff who used Microsoft Office programs in the last 14 months are unaffected. This change does not apply to students, who will gain access when eligible.
