Public Comment Open May 25 - June 8: One IT Strategic Plan

May 25, 2022

Dear One IT community,

We invite you to review the FY23 One IT Strategic Plan and share your feedback with us. The public comment period for the FY23 One IT Strategic Plan is open from May 25 to June 8. Please submit your comments by the end of business on June 8 via this Google form.

Overview
Each year the One IT Program Planning Group (PPG) gathers input on strategic IT priorities for the coming year at the department level. The PPG identifies initiatives with a campus-level impact or that require coordination and collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups. The department and campus priority initiatives comprise our annual One IT Strategic Plan and align with the Campus Strategic Plan. Our plan reflects the goals and strategies of our One IT community (which includes over 850 IT professionals across many different departments, schools, and colleges on campus).

Your input is vital
We want to ensure that the work we do makes good use of our time and resources and supports our One IT goals:

  1. Providing students with the essential tools and data they need.

  2. Developing necessary research cyberinfrastructure.

  3. Creating a diverse and inclusive IT community that is also a trusted and strategic partner for the campus.

  4. Continuous improvement across the foundational services we provide to support the university’s mission and operations.

Thank you for your time and attention in helping us identify strategic areas of work for the coming year in support of our entire campus community and the university's mission.
