Status of bCourses & BearBuy Outages

To our campus community,

At approximately midnight on Oct. 20, we began receiving reports of people experiencing issues accessing BearBuy and bCourses. These issues resulted from a global outage with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud provider used for many campus services. Several commercial services were also impacted, as you may have seen reported in the news. 

Amazon has restored most services, and both bCourses and BearBuy are back online; however, we are aware that some functionality may still be degraded.
