Dear One IT Community,
We’ve moved the One IT Events Calendar to the One-IT SPA* account and replaced the former calendar embedded on the Technology website.
Why did we do this?
For easier administration of events. If you have something to promote, invite one-it@berkeley.edu to your calendar event. That way, if your event changes or moves, it will be automatically reflected on the One IT Calendar.
Do I need to do anything?
If you previously subscribed to the “old” One IT calendar, you’ll need to subscribe to the new calendar via this new bcal subscribe link. Otherwise, continue to view all One IT Events here: https://technology.berkeley.edu/one-it/calendar
We hope this makes sharing, finding, and attending One IT meetings and events easier.

*What’s a SPA Account?
Special Purpose Accounts, or SPAs, are CalNet IDs that can be shared by multiple users for collaborative purposes. They are often used to set up department bMail accounts or file shares. SPAs and affiliated bMail addresses are owned by the department that created them, not the employee.
