Zoom Access Issues Across Campus

To our campus community,

At 12:17 p.m. today, Campus IT Experience (CITE) began receiving reports of people experiencing issues accessing Zoom for Meetings. Zoom reported an issue with multiple Zoom Servicesrelated to domain name resolution issues on the zoom.us domain that affected services globally and across our campus. They are actively investigating the root problem, but have stated the services have been restored. Most of the access issues on campus have also been resolved.

If you are still experiencing issues using Zoom for Meetings, please use Google Meet until Zoom fully restores service
