Berkeley IT non-represented staff is required to use the Achieve Online Conversation Tool.

For represented staff, please continue to use the form approved by the bargaining units: Represented Evaluation 2. This is an annual form and should cover the review period of July 1 to June 30 of each year. The signed performance evaluations are due to bIT PPC on July 31. Forward your completed and signed forms to bIT PPC Operations bit-ppc-hrops@lists.berkeley.edu
