Agendas are published at least one week in advance, and notes published within one week after each meeting.
Charge
The ITSC is responsible for providing strategic oversight of the entirety of campus IT, ensuring alignment among its many organizations as well as with overall campus strategy. It guides campus IT to continually improve its real value to Berkeley in achieving the core mission and principles.
Scope
- Review /recommend on campus-wide IT resource levels and distribution to campus Finance Committee
- Guide cohesive IT strategy
- Review lower level committee recommendations
- Evaluate value of IT Governance
- Meet semi-annually or quarterly

The ITSC is composed of a broad selection of campus leadership, representing domains both most knowledgeable in and dependent on information technology.
