Celebrate the outstanding contributions of female‑identifying colleagues in technology by submitting a nomination for this year’s UC Womxn Rock IT feature, coordinated by the UC Women in Technology (WIT) Committee. We invite you to recognize female‑identifying UC Berkeley colleagues or teams who have made meaningful contributions—big or small—since last April. Their work may be technical in nature or reflect the mission and values of UC WIT in any field.
Please submit your nomination by Friday, Feb. 20
The nomination form includes a brief (100‑word) description of the nominee’s accomplishments. As you write, you may find it helpful to reflect on questions such as:

Did they handle a complex organizational change?

Did they create a more inclusive environment?

Did they advance the professional goals and aspirations of UC women in technology?

Our UC Berkeley WIT committee will select one nomination to move forward and will contact the honoree for permission to be featured. A UC WIT subcommittee will finalize and edit entries for publication in UC Tech News.
