  • 4 Open Seminars - averaging about 75 attendees each and including pizza lunches.
  • 2 Workshops - with approximately 50 IT leaders from across campus to present, discuss, and vote on ideas and tactics to clarify and strengthen our ReIT Plan, resulting in 12 new tactics added to the plan.
  • #! Meetings - many meetings with vice chancellors, deans, and other key stakeholders to get input on our strategic planning process and to better understand the IT needs of the colleges and the university.
  • 28 Tactics - projects identified to support the strategic plan: 5 completed, 15 in progress, and 8 in planning stage.
  • 16 IT Leaders - accepted the invitation to join the Strategic Leadership Council (SLC) to help govern the ReIT program.
  • 20 ITLG and SLC - departments are participating in the Departmental Alignment work.
  • 14 Progress Reports - sent to the One IT community, and posted on our website.

Plus we put the following in place

  • Agile Project Portfolio Management Framework - which has guided the development and management of the ReIT Program.
  • ReIT Website - provides information about the ReIT objective, goals, strategies and tactics; links to the ReIT Plan and Timeline; and progress reports on tactics with a Smartsheet dashboard summarizing progress.
