We are writing to inform you of a brief Zoom outage this morning. The service was down for a short period between 7:35 - 8:35 a.m. this morning but the issue has now been resolved by the vendor.
Some reminders if you get inquiries:

Google Meet is always an option for video conferencing if there is a Zoom outage.

When experiencing issues with Zoom, users can try logging out and back in. If that doesn’t rectify the situation, they can clear their browser cache.
As with all outages, we will continue to post updates to the System Status page, as needed. If you need assistance with Zoom, please contact us.
