Strategy InfograhicStrategic Initiatives is the intersection of strategy, analysis, and project management. Everything begins and ends with strategy. Through proactive collaboration and communication, we work with our Student Affairs partners to identify issues, evaluate potential projects and opportunities, leverage our expertise to align with organizational plans, goals, and objectives, and formulate key partnerships within Berkeley’s Student Affairs business units. We identify, research, and promote innovative opportunities, conduct comprehensive assessments to better serve our internal & external partners, manage the project portfolio, and collaborate on procurement processes to ensure accessibility and information security. Through these actions and efforts, Strategic Initiatives strives to promote the seamless integration of technology, fostering progress and excellence across our Student Affairs community.

  • Supports project communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Refines business process documentation through assessment and design.
  • Manages Strategic Initiatives dashboards, reports, and process mapping.
  • Student Affairs strategic technical guidance.
  • Information Security support.
