- Goal: Create personal connections by sharing experiences
- Goal: Increase empathy and multicultural/diversity awareness
- Goal: Increase empathy and awareness and inclusion of people with disabilities
- Rebuild trust in leadership
- Goal: Create transparency around performance, growth, moving up, etc
- Goal: Hold managers accountable for employee behavior
- Goal: Improve top-down communication
- Goal: Leadership show appreciation for and/or recognize their teams
- Improve communication
- Goal: Break down silos and improve communication between teams
- Goal: Ensure employees feel heard
- Provide career development opportunities for everyone
- Goal: Adjust the performance management system
- Goal: Ensure diversity
- Ensure Telecom specifically feels more included and treated fairly
- Create dialogue between Larry/Leadership and Telecom
