Enter a TPG Project, Program or Idea to request or reserve a TPG PM for your project. You can also enter a project that is being tracked or managed by another bIT department. Currently, only Campus Applications and Data has this capability
Enter an idea when you think a project is coming, but don’t have all the details, yet. The TPG will contact you once the idea approaches the estimated start date for your project. Ideas require basic information such as your role, program or project name, problem statement and benefits.
Enter a project when you need a TPG PM to manage your project. Here is what you will need in order to complete the TPG Project Request Form:

Berkeley IT’s definition of project(link is external) and program(link is external).

A Sponsor(link is external) for your project (Sponsors must be a director level or above).

A clear definition of the problem(link is external) you are trying to solve.

Once you have the above information gathered you can fill out the TPG Project Request Form(link is external). You will need to use your CalNet credentials to login.
