This year, we are pleased to announce that we will be offering professional development opportunities following the IT Summit to meet the needs and interests of our One IT community. We are excited to offer the following courses sponsored by Campus Shared Services (CSS) and coordinated by Student Affairs IT (SAIT):
- Achieving IT Customer Service Excellence - a proven workshop that helps shared-services organizations deliver consistent service and manage client expectations every time. Learn more
- ITIL Foundations - a course designed as an introduction to the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Learn more
Course Details & Sign Up
Both courses will be taught concurrently from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, May 25 and Thursday, May 26. There are a limited number of seats available, so sign up by April 21 to indicate your interest in attending one of these exciting opportunities.
